Strings- a poem

Good little boy with an ocean behind your eyes

So far away from me

Cold in the sun with a string of red left behind

So far away from me

Why did you lash out, now

Pass the strings down

Why didn't you cry out, now

Pass the strings down

Sad little boy, restless under the night sky

So far away from me

Blazing fist and a string of purple, dripping knuckle

So far away from me

Don't be like him, now

Pass the strings down

Your dead to me now

Pass the strings down

Such a lover boy with fire in your loins

So far away from me

The kiss, and the thrust and the lover bind

So far away from me

I will take you out now

Pass the strings down

You faggot now

Pass the strings down

The strings in my hands

Weak and thin

The shell I'm in

Broken again

Remember, a moment can define a lifetime. Be good, love deeply, be you.
