When I was younger, I was terrified of God, not the all-knowing, all powerful God that could strike me down at any moment because of whatever relevant issue society deems deplorable of its time. like, basic human rights?
But more of the immortal being that has barely been seen, and when he was seen it was thousands of years ago, how terrifying God must be to shun us without a second thought. Because, we are His children, he gave us life, but he hates us for it.
Why did he do this?
Is he leaving us alone to challenge us, to break away from our lizard brains and explore the strangeness of the cosmos he created while seeing the beauty of life, of the moment and breathe we are given to fall into the blackness again.
What if he himself is living a life, trapped in the flesh as we all are, part of our unconscious mind as we live with him, beyond an idea or a construct, to become simply being and simply dying as we all do.
And there it is. Exploring this journey of a God, as we as humans shape him.
In Ember of Eternity, you’re introduced to a dead pantheon of gods and will witness the new Pantheon as its shaped by Mankind.
Tangled in with Humans, Devon will have to make Decisions that will alter the very fabric of the Universe and with it, he will be faced with all the worst that the universe has to offer, Death, Pain, suffering.
The main thought, as the world takes from a god, what will be left of him besides an idea?
