Authentic Intonation- Becoming the Authentic Self

August 22 began a shift in my mind, somber and grief stricken I began a journey to reach inside myself and my own self-righteous purgatory to seek out the phantoms that keep me chained.
Slowly I learned about myself, and as the pace quickened, I had little time to reflect- My grief, trauma, deprecation3, loathing’s and compulsions became conscious voice, rendered down refined and purged into a whisper, “I’m right here.”
I reached out, held that whisper close, and I listened to what it had to say.
Growth should be ever evolving, and maturity doesn’t have one particular figure in everyone’s mind, we all have ideas of what it is, and it is up to the individual to see it and form it to a version of themselves that can give them comfort when they look in a mirror.
As I become a little wiser, I see a version of myself that I love, and I see the version of myself that I love even more.
I know the constants of myself, the roots that give me life and those will be used more frequently to grow deeper and taller, to become stronger and my Authentic Self.
